What are your shipping options?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹799. Every order is dispatched with real, trackable shipping so you always know where your jewellery is.
What is your return policy?
Our return window is 72 hours from the time of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged - simply email us at collectiontheas@gmail.com and we'll guide you through it.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep your piece away from water, perfume and direct sunlight where possible, and store it in its pouch or box when not in use - this keeps the finish looking beautiful for longer.
